If justified then equal WC intervals in X and Y will span the same number of pixels.
If not justified then the width and height of the window govern the X and Y scales.

This menu allows you to set the world-coordinate (WC) ranges of a plot and whether or not coordinate axes are drawn. You can also set the line thickness of the axes.
